The Loft

Situated on the fourth floor, The Loft is the resort's popular casual gourmet restaurant complete with panoramic ocean views. Chef de Cuisine Casey Overton offers an inventive American menu showcasing seasonal, simply prepared ingredients.

The Loft features a light and airy décor with a bistro-style bar; private banquets; a six-foot wood-burning rotisserie and an interactive cheese gallery. Outdoor dining and private dining for up to 30 people is available.

Mosaic Bar and Grille

While soaking in the sun, guests can enjoy poolside dining at Mosaic Bar and Grille. Located near the Mosaic Pool, the restaurant offers fresh California-inspired fare with choices of salads, grilled sandwiches or fresh daily seafood, along with healthy choices from the spa menu.

As the resort's centerpiece, the Lobby Lounge is a comfortable setting complete with panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and Arts and Crafts-inspired decor featuring rich hues and plush wood furnishings. Riedel and Schott Zweisel crystal grace the tables. Indoor and outdoor seating allow guests to sit back, relax and soak in the true California beach experience. The Lounge offers cocktails and live entertainment nightly.
